Summary: The room was better than I expected, but I didn't like the connecting room door even though it was locked. The only time I like connecting rooms is when I room next to someone I know. Also, the stopper for the tub wasn't working so we couldn't take a bath. Only the shower worked. Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay.

Summary: Family friendly non main chain and family owned hotel with comfortable rooms and pleasant people. Very helpful if you are needing help. Very well located near restaurants and fast food.

Summary: We were in a king room. It had a sofa and a desk in addition to the king bed. The room was clean and cold when we got in around 7:30 PM. The property is clearly old but it is maintained and they have great rates. The shower was tricky to get the temperature right (too hot!) but once I got it figured out, it was perfect. The breakfast simply continental, although they do have a waffle maker. Not eggs and bacon and such. It was enough. We have stayed here many times and will definitely stay here again.

Summary: One or two light bulbs worked. A lamp shade looked like it had caught fire once. The water was hot, so awesome shower. But there's was no happy medium. Hot. Or cold.

Summary: Older property. Door to the room had large gaps & thus we were concerned about bugs & insects coming in to the room. This also made soundproofing to the outside noise non-existent. The traffic on the busy road was quite loud all night. Front desk attendant was very pleasant. Room was clean.

Summary: This was a perfect base camp to explore Brady and the area surrounding. The property was older, the room was clean. All in all, a positive experience and I would book another stay there, so much to see and do!

Summary: I was traveling with a small (20 lb) dog and from looking online and having driven past this hotel in the past, I thought it would be a good choice. I was very disappointed. At check-in, the employee charged my card before telling me the only non-smoking room was on the 2nd floor, which I could not manage. I finally agreed to a smoking room. When I opened the door, the bedspread was full of cigarette burn holes, room had not been aired out, looked like it was next to be remodeled. There was a repairman working in the room next to it. I was concerned how late this would continue. I went back to the office to ask for a refund and was told it was impossible. Employee then found another non-smoking room on first floor. It was much better and relatively clean. Outside were picnic tables and grassy area which looked nice in the photos. It was not clean, big black trash bag on the ground, overflowing, chicken bones on the ground. Not a good place to walk your dog. The lobby is clean and bright and looks like the photos show. Next time I'm in Brady, I will choose another hotel.
